What a nightmare… but the search for “the ideal workplace”, is akin to the concept of the “pursuit of happiness”…
As my saying goes… I’ll stay so long as I am compensated parallel to my suffering…
Though, what I have been doing to date is an anomaly;
I suffer without monetary compensation–the payment is spiritual fulfilment.
I empty my monetary coffers to fill up the coffers of my soul.
